About Yoga at The Jade Trade

In addition to effective Acupuncture and Physical Therapy John and Nancy Charlebois have added therapeutic Yoga to their list of services. Yoga is an outstanding tool to use in conjunction with western forms of healing to enhance their clinical effect. Conversely the practice of Yoga calms and facilitates Eastern mind body connections recommended in stress management pursuits. Private and small group sessions are attentive and affordable. We are fortunate to have two very qualified instructors on staff.  Please see their profiles below.

If an injury is keeping you from returning to regular yoga practice then it is our goal to help get you back in your favorite class.  If you have never tried Yoga for one reason or another, Jade Integrated Health has built an environment of stability and safety while you explore balance.  Click for the Current Schedule (pdf)
